The Cowboy Reviewed

The author does a good job drawing the reader into Jake and Corina's world. Jake is in danger of losing his ranch and Corina is the perfect woman to try and save it.
I thought Jake was a real sweetie. The ranch was short on amenities but Jake went out of his way to make sure she had a special stay at Barcoo Ranch.
I liked the chemistry that they had in the beginning and was anxious to see where it went. They had cute banter but I think they could have had a but more heat.
I also felt the the book just ended. I would have loved an additional chapter or an epilogue.

I liked this version of a city girl who finds her cowboy.
