I was given this book for free through novelreviewers.com in exchange for an honest review. I'm so glad I requested to read it! This book has a fairly good plot and the overall flow of language is engaging and interesting. The pain that Julia feels is translated so well through the language and I could empathize with everything that she was experiencing. At the same time, however, I kept wishing the Julia would just do something! It seemed like there were pages and pages of her just agonizing and being dramatic. While I understand how scary it was to think that her husband had cheated on her, the story seemed to drag on while she was figuring out what she was going to do next. The characters in the book were real and it wasn't difficult to relate to them. Overall, the book was a good, easy read. There are still a number of fragmented sentences that need to be fixed and sentences that just seem to be missing words or have words that don't make any sense. While the story kept me reading, I kept feeling like there was something missing. I felt like after she finally confronted Greg that the story kind of fizzled out. Instead of a shocking or interesting or painful twist of events, I was met with a predictable action of forgiveness. While this is admirable, from a reader's standpoint, it was less than climactic. Anyway, I enjoyed the novel and would definitely read another book by this author if I am ever given the chance.
