Loved it!

Book 2 in a sequel normally tends to let me down.
I am so happy this is not the case here.
Actually, I loved this one even more than book#1 .
In this story the author's give us Price's POV where the mystery about him is revealed.
We get to know him.

“When I was little, I had all these dreams of power and force and good and evil. I wanted to fight dragons. I wanted to be heroic and save princesses… When I got a little older, my fairy tale fantasies transformed in superhero daydreams. I wanted to be both the villain and the rescuer to my adolescent crushes. I wanted to hurt woman and save them, and be worthy of them. As I aged, I developed very specific fantasies, of towers and dungeon, cages and ropes, and tearful, traumatized victims. I masturbated endlessly to imagined scenes of torment and abduction.
Then I grew into adult, and realized that my needs skirted the edge of what was socially acceptable. Failed relationship followed failed relationship, and I finally gave up.

We see him struggling, having internal battles to not give in to Chere's demands as she grows restless in their sex-only relationship.

That was the danger. She wasn't like the other ones. She didn't want just my cock or my money. She was after my fucking soul.

She wants the next step.

What I like the most and find extremely refreshing is the fact that Price is a sadist just because he is. There is no drama or damaged character from a horrible past.

Waiting patiently for the next one, NOT! ;-)
